Job Description

As an Order Processor at Evatec, you are responsible for handling orders, coordinating import and export processes, and preparing and reviewing necessary documentation. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

What you will be doing

  • check Coordination and processing of all import/export orders, including documentation, from order to delivery
  • check Checking orders for completeness and ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations
  • check Creating offers for spare parts and service
  • check Point of contact for internal and external partners
  • check Coordination with internal teams (e.g., sales, assembly, logistics) for timely order processing

What you should bring

  • check At least 2 years of experience in international import/export order processing (mechanical engineering is an advantage)
  • check Further education in export (e.g., foreign trade specialist with federal certificate)
  • check Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • check High degree of independence and initiative
  • check Process-oriented thinking and action
