Job Description

As a Team Lead Assembly, you oversee the assembly team, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. You coordinate tasks, manage workflows, and troubleshoot issues. You also train and mentor team members, implement process improvements, and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

What you will be doing

  • check Leading part of the assembly team, including work planning, time management, training, evaluation, technical consulting, supervision, work discipline, and safety
  • check Ensuring quality and timely assembly, commissioning, and delivery of various systems
  • check Adhering to and improving assembly and throughput times for different product groups
  • check Continuous development of assembly based on Lean Manufacturing principles (optimization of assembly processes and material flow)
  • check Maintenance and implementation of assembly-related documents and records

What you should bring

  • check Completed technical apprenticeship
  • check Additional training in business administration (Higher Technical School or equivalent)
  • check Several years of professional experience in an industrial company, leadership experience is an advantage
  • check Dynamic leadership style, assertiveness, positive attitude towards change
  • check Experience in vacuum and control technology is an advantage
  • check MS Office and SAP knowledge
  • check Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English is an advantage
