Job Description
As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales. Your key responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating marketing materials, and analyzing campaign performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing
- check Overall responsibility for the management of products and solutions in the defined target market
- check Monitoring market trends and relevant technology developments, identification of market requirements and definition of the product strategy
- check Development and implementation of the product roadmap in the market segment
- check Definition of the product positioning, product pricing and gross margin strategy
- check Management and execution of sales trainings
- check Definition of target customers, sales targets, definition / alignment of sales tactics with the regional sales organizations and active support of sales activities with international customer onsite visits
- check Represent Evatec in technical and market related conferences and trade fairs
What you should bring
- check Technical university degree in engineering or related subjects e.g. physics, microsystem technology
- check Experience in international sales, product management, project management in a technology driven capital equipment company - additional business education (i.e. MBA) is an added value
- check Industry experience in semiconductor/advanced packaging and/or thin film solutions
- check Ability to work in a global and virtual organization (geographical distribution of sales organization)
- check Fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset
- check High intercultural sensitivity with excellent communication skills throughout the organization on all levels
- check Presentation & negotiation skills, strong business sense
- check High analytical skills for competitor analysis, market intelligence and development of marketing strategy
- check Flexibility to travel (up to 30% throughout the year)
