New Import EU Regulations

New Import EU Regulations for iron and steel imports into the EU requires a Supplier Confirmation

Evatec AG hereby confirms and to the best of our knowledge that we are not selling/delivering steel and/or iron products falling under the chapters 72 or 73 of the WCO Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS) originating in whole or in part from the Russian Federation or including parts that are originating from the Russian Federation.

In case the above-mentioned situation changes or if we have relevant information about a possible usage/provision of steel and/or iron products originating from the Russian Federation, we will inform you immediately in writing.

This declaration is valid at point of time of this letter. If any regulations will change, this statement has to be renewed.
